PRIVACY AT AYO

Your life, your data.
Here’s the detail.

A practical explanation of what Ayo processes, why it needs it, and the controls you have.

Last updated: October 28, 2026

Invitations and your name.

Ayo uses the first name from your WhatsApp or Telegram profile on your personal invitation page. You can change it by sending /name followed by your chosen first name. Anyone with your invitation link can see this name, but not your phone number or conversations. When a new account joins through your link, Ayo records the referral to activate your access. Opening the link alone does not create an account.

Who this notice is about.

Ayo is a personal AI assistant operated by Woops Apps. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@woopsapps.com. This notice covers this public website, the waitlist, and the current Ayo assistant on WhatsApp and Telegram.

Visiting this website.

Google Analytics loads automatically on public pages to measure visits, unless you have disabled it. You can disable it using Disable analytics in the footer, and enable it again later. A refusal previously saved in this browser is respected until it expires. We do not use advertising cookies or an email signup database. The hosting infrastructure processes technical information needed to deliver a page, such as an IP address and request metadata.

When measurement is enabled, Google receives page views, technical browser and device information, and a cookie identifier to measure visits. We remove URL query parameters and fragments from page addresses and send only the referring site’s origin. We do not send your messages, phone number, account details, or invitation tokens to Analytics. Google may process data outside the European Union.

Analytics cookies last up to 180 days. Your explicit choice to disable or enable measurement is saved in this browser for 180 days. Disabling measurement stops future collection and removes Analytics cookies from this browser; it does not erase data already received by Google.

More about how Google uses data from sites that use its services.

QR codes are generated in advance. Viewing one does not submit your details to a QR-code service. Clicking a messenger link or scanning its QR code opens WhatsApp or Telegram, where that provider’s policies apply.

Joining the waitlist.

Registration happens in your conversation with Ayo. Opening this website or a messenger link alone does not add you to the waitlist. Send a message and follow the onboarding steps.

Ayo uses your phone number and messaging identifiers to create or find your account, record your access status, and send access notifications. WhatsApp supplies the sender’s number. On Telegram, Ayo asks you to share your own contact. The same verified phone identity links the two channels to one account.

The waitlist stores your registration time, channel, access status, and notification state. An authorized operator can review requests, grant access, or revoke it. Joining the waitlist does not authorize unrelated external actions or purchases.

What the assistant processes.

InformationWhy Ayo uses it
Phone and messaging identifiersIdentify your account, route messages, manage access, and link supported channels.
Messages, relevant history, files, and task resultsUnderstand and carry out your requests, provide continuity, and return results.
Saved preferences and memoriesPersonalize future requests when memory is enabled.
Connected-service browser sessions and relevant page contentWork with the services you choose to connect.
Schedules and remindersRun requested tasks later or on a recurring basis.
Phone verification, call plans, transcripts, and reportsEnable supported calls, verify the account number, and report what happened.
Operational metadata and logsTrack delivery, errors, usage, and task state; operate and troubleshoot the service.

Only connect services and share content that you want Ayo to use. Requests may contain information about other people, so take care with what you send.

Which services receive information.

Ayo’s implementation sends task content to these providers. It does not establish a universal promise of zero retention, no model training, or processing exclusively in the European Union. Provider handling depends on the relevant service, configuration, and agreement.

How information is protected.

Account data and browser sessions are separated by account. Sensitive stored content uses authenticated encryption, and personal access links expire. The application decrypts relevant information when processing your request.

Messaging-platform encryption does not make the complete assistant workflow end-to-end encrypted. Read our security page for the controls and their limits.

How long information stays.

Different records have different lifetimes. Temporary access links and sessions expire quickly. Task and call records carry expiry metadata. Account information, saved memories, schedules, and connected sessions may remain to support ongoing use.

An expired access link is unusable, but expiry metadata is not proof that every stored copy has already been erased. Database cleanup, object storage, backups, logs, and external providers have separate retention behavior. We do not promise a single deletion deadline across all of them.

Your controls and requests.

You can review and remove saved memory entries, pause memory, and edit, pause, or delete schedules through Ayo’s personal administration area. You can also review connected services there. Revoking an account stops future access but does not automatically erase its data.

To request access, correction, deletion, or an explanation of the data linked to your account, email support@woopsapps.com. We may need to verify account ownership before handling a request. Do not send a password or verification code by email.

Removing a memory entry does not remove its source message from all conversation history. Deleting information from Ayo does not automatically delete messages held by WhatsApp, Telegram, a recipient, or another provider.

As Ayo develops.

Ayo is opening access gradually. Features and providers may change, and this notice should be updated when the data flows change. The date above identifies this version.
